Shipping Policy


My Nutra® wishes to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase in any way possible. We process and ship orders the same business day that come in before 12 pm (Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 2:00PM, excluding holidays). If your order is placed after 12 pm MST (Mountain Standard Time), your order will go out the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that when large sales are taking place there might be a slight delay in shipments.


We ship worldwide but some countries have import regulations that restrict the transportation of hemp based products. My Nutra® is 100% legal to ship to all US and EU territories. Please inform yourself about any of the legal restrictions of hemp products in your country, as we cannot guarantee delivery. Contact your local authorities to verify that we can ship to your country. We realize that you might have hemp products shipped to you regardless of laws in your country but My Nutra® is not responsible if your recipient actually receives the package when it is shipped outside of the US based on confiscation from any department of your government. If the package is damaged or stolen, we will do an insurance claim and immediately resend you a new shipment.

We fill orders via FedEx, which generally results in delivery within 2-3 days in the U.S. and 2-3 weeks out of the U.S. depending on country of origin and customs. My Nutra® will not be held responsible for customs charges and service fees acquired by customers’ country of residence. My Nutra® is not responsible for shipping delays, confiscated items or any unforeseen issues including acts of any government.

All international sales are subject to all applicable U.S. and foreign export controls, and by placing an order through our website, you affirm that you will comply with all applicable export controls and regulations. You will be the importer or exporter of record and are responsible for all required licenses, permits and authorizations. Customs and import duties, which vary from country to country, may apply to international sales, and are the responsibility of the recipient of your order.

Norway, Australia, Canada, Iceland, Greenland, New Zealand, Thailand, Russia – please allow about 3-4 weeks additional delivery time because of increased security measures at border crossing points.


If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. My Nutra® does not pay for the cost of returning a shipment unless there was an error made on the company’s behalf. Customer will be required to purchase return shipping, as My Nutra® already pays for shipping when product is sent.

Refunds on returns will only be made if product has not been opened, tampered with or damaged in any way. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receipt. If package or product has been damaged or ruined, we request a photograph be taken of the issue for insurance purposes.
